Penn Liberty Bank is proud to support all the communities we serve. See how we have been making a difference.
Team members representing all of the Penn Liberty Bank Chester County Offices came out to support The Chester County Futures – Strikes for the Future Fundraiser.  Chester County Futures is a non-profit organization that empowers low income, yet highly motivated students in Chester County to graduate from high school and move into higher education.

Penn Liberty Bank supports educational programs and schools through Pennsylvania’s Educational Improvement Tax Credit (EITC) and the Opportunity Scholarship Tax Credit (OSTC) programs. EITC provides school scholarships and program funds to support educational and pre-K programs in approved organizations and schools. The OSTC program makes scholarships available to eligible students who live within the attendance boundaries of a low-achieving schools by providing the opportunity to attend schools in other areas. For more information about these programs visit

We have been busy visiting many schools and organizations to present a
commemorative check of our support.
